The thing that’s difficult to get our heads around is that this awakening or birthing is not primarily an idea. It’s a somatic, felt experience we feel in our body and move with. We immediately recognize it in others and it has a contagious effect. It’s a virus.
The crucial all-important fact is that connection trumps everything else. We can talk spiritually as long as we like and there may be some effect depends on the connection and the connection depends on our family or origin.
So ordinary awakening is working and getting straight with our ordinary family and our good place in it.
